Please use these contact methods to book an engineer to call at your home or office. Or for enquiries regarding PC's in our workshop for repair. You do not need to book in advance to bring a PC into our workshop. Just call in, between 9.00am and 6.00pm Mon - Fri or 9.00am to 1.00pm Sat. Turn-around is usually 3-4 days in our workshop but can vary depending on parts availability and complexity.

Technical support calls are charged at £1.00 per minute. If you have a broadband connection we can, with your permission, take control of your PC using "Remote Access Repair" and repair your PC, often within a few minutes.
If you have purchased a PC from us, please have the serial number ready (on your original invoice, or on a label at the rear of the PC tower) this will save extra cost while we trace your serial number.
