to Base Hardware Warranty for Home PC's |

The PC tower is guaranteed for 12 months from
the date of purchase against manufacturing hardware defects. This requires
that you return the PC tower to our Northampton repair workshop where
any failed hardware will be replaced free of charge.
Many peripheral items, for example monitors, printers and scanners have
extended warranties, as standard, direct with their manufacturers. Many
of these are on-site “swap out” warranties for up to 3 years.
It is important therefore, that you complete any warranty documents and
return them to the manufacturer, or register the product on their website
if requested.
In the event of a failure, you should contact the manufacturer to arrange
a repair or replacement. Most manufacturers will only swap out the item
at the address on the warranty document and not at our workshop.
If you decide to make use of our standard 12 months RTB warranty, for
peripherals, the manufacturer may, void their extended warranty for future
use.
If you reside outside our area, we suggest that you keep all packaging
for your PC and peripherals, in case you need to post/courier an item
back to our workshop within the warranty period. The customer is responsible
for any damage to the equipment caused by poor packaging.

on-site/Collect & Return Hardware Warranty for Business
PC's |
The PC tower is guaranteed for 12 months from the
date of purchase against manufacturing hardware defects. If you have a hardware
failure during this period,we will either arrange for an engineer to call
or if you are outside our
area, will arrange to collect your PC, repair it and return it to you.
Any failed hardware will be replaced free of charge.
Many peripheral items, for example monitors, printers and scanners have

Note: The 12 months On-site hardware warranty for business PC's will be
shown on your invoice. If you choose to purchase a home PC for your business,
with its lower initial cost, your warranty will be RTB.

12 Months Collect & Return Hardware
warranty (£64.69 - All UK areas - Home PC's only)
Business PC's already have this included
but it can be added as an option on a home PC if you are unable
to return the PC to our Northampton Office, either in person or
by courier.
We will collect your PC either with our own vans or via courier,
replace the faulty part and return the PC to you via the same method
as collection. If you choose this option, it is important to keep
all packaging, any damage in transit will be the customers responsibility.

Option 1 (£14.99 per month)
Pay just 50p per
day and never pay labour or parts costs, for a hardware repair -
for the life of your PC.
This not only upgrades the basic warranty to “on-site/collect
& return”, i.e. we come to you to repair any hardware
fault or arrange collection of your PC and return after repair,
but it also extends your original 12 months hardware warranty for
the life of the PC. If the parts to repair your PC are no longer
available we will, at our discretion, replace your PC tower for
one of equivalent specification.
Software support is not included in option 1.

Option 2 (£49.99 per month) (Business
PC's only £39.99per month for the first 12 months)
Pay just £1.65 per day and
get all the benefits of Option 1 plus full hardware and software
support for the life of your PC.
All the advantages of option 1, plus: -
FREE unlimited, access to our technical support telephone numbers
(usually costs £1 per minute).
FREE technical support for all hardware and software supplied with
your PC.
FREE access to remote support (usually costs £1 per minute
and requires a working broadband connection)
FREE loan PC if our engineer has to collect your PC to our workshop.
(If in our local area*)
Remote Support: We take control of your PC remotely and carry out
any fault finding or software configuration for you, while you are
on-line. If we are unable to fix your PC remotely either because
of a hardware failure or software corruption, we will despatch an
engineer to you at our first available time slot.
(If you are outside our
area we will arrange for collection of your PC to our workshop)
Repair of hardware is covered by this warranty, reinstallation of
corrupted software is charged at normal on-site or workshop rates.
Exclusions:
Items specifically not covered by our warranty or extensions include
hardware or software not supplied by us, hardware or software conflicts,
virus/spyware/adware infections or re-infections, stability of Internet
or wireless connections, any non standard user settings, overclocking
of hardware, illegally licensed software, cost of backing up customers
data, cost of transferring customers data or software to/from loan
PC, network related faults (unless all equipment supplied by us
and has same warranty option level).

How do I extend my warrantyto Options 1 or 2?
Within 28 days of purchasing your PC you can extend your warranty. You
decide how long you would like the option 1 or 2 warranty extension to
run; you can cancel it any time by stopping your monthly payment. As this
is made by a standing order and not a direct debit, you control the payment
at all times. Full details are included in the warranty document supplied
with each new PC.
